Evoke LedgerBridge was developed for firms operating under real compliance pressure: POPIA obligations, GDPR expectations, IRS filing season, BAS and payroll lodgement cycles, and clients who mostly interact on mobile.

The portal is mobile-first, the audit trail is privacy-aware by default, and the deadline-management layer reflects real accounting firm pressure rather than generic task tracking.

What we are not

We are not an accounting ledger and we do not replace Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Sage, or the accounting software your firm already relies on.

We are also not a traditional practice-management suite for timesheets, invoices, or HR. We focus on the harder operational gap between your firm and your clients: requests, submissions, approvals, communication, and engagement records.

Our position on data and privacy

We do not sell client data and we do not use client data to train general AI models.

Data inside the platform is processed to run secure workspaces, route tasks and approvals, and maintain audit-ready engagement records as described in the privacy notice. The platform is designed to support the data protection obligations firms face across POPIA, UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and the Australian Privacy Act.
